Merry Christmas.... in our new home!

So we got our house! And we are just steps away from closing! We are pretty excited about it. We even have people already waiting to move into our town house as of yesterday. Luckily they are in no rush to come move in so we have some time to get our stuff out. We are hoping to be able to move in the first or second week in January. So that is our Christmas present for this year. I hope everyone has a good Christmas! We are going to go visit my parents on Christmas Eve and then visit Keith’s parents on Christmas day (weather permitting). If it is too snowy then on Christmas night we will be hanging out with Fred and Sara!

Then this weekend Keith and I are doing a short “getaway” since we don’t see each other very often with work and school (up until the 18th of this month,)yes I finally graduated!!! YAY! I can now give some awesome massages to people! So if you need one you know where to go. But anyways we are going to stay in a nice hotel in Salt Lake and and go to a nice dinner and just relax and spend some time with each other. We are both getting anxious to move so we need something to get our minds off of that too!

So in addition to our house we also got a cute little kitten and named him Chip. He is a gray and white tabby and is full of energy and is a real people kitty. He is staying at my parents house until we move in because we cant have him where we are right now. Things are coming together really well for us right now and we are so grateful for it. Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you all have a great holiday!!

Christmas Time!

So we have been having fun decorating our place with Christmas decorations! We have our tree put up but are still working on decorating it with the lack of time we have. Keith suprised me one day as I was coming home from school to see that we had decorations on the outside around our door! I thought it was our neighbors and it was nice when I got closer and saw it was ours! It is so fun to see all the lights this time of year. The best feeling is drinking hot chocolate and looking at lights and listening to christmas music. It is just fun!

Keith and I are getting closer to getting a house. We found one and put in an offer for it now we just need to find out if it will be accepted. http://homesite.obeo.com/viewer/unbranded.aspx?tourid=503587&refURL=WFRMLS.com&locale=en-US Here is the website to view the house we are wanting to get. The price is lower than it says though...

Yesterday I went and visited Kate and hung out with her and her cute baby girl Kiley. She is so cute and looks just like Kate and Mike. Here is a picture of her.

Life is busy, sorry!

Hey ok so I am not so good at the whole "every saturday write a new blog post" thing. So I wont make any more promises on when I will do it. It will be more frequent when I am out of school (December 18th) though. YAY for no more school!!! So what has been happening... let's see... about two weeks ago (Friday, November 21st) Sara and Amanda and her sister Sara and I went to go see the much anticipated Twilight!! We started out the night going to an indian food restaurant and I had never had indian food so it was quite an experience. But it was really good. I will include some pictures. Then off to Twilight! We didnt have to wait in any lines since we had reserved seating. It was pretty good for a lower budget film and followed the book pretty well for the most part. I liked it so much I saw it again that next tuesday with my sisters and mom. I am curious to see how the second one turns out. My sister Brittany just got back from Ireland and it was fun to see her again. She brought a cute kitty with her named George.

Oh and we are decorating for christmas!! I love christmas time. It is fun to see all the lights and the cozy atmosphere is great! We got a new christmas tree since the one I did have I have had since I was like 12. So we were in need of an upgrade. It is prelit so that was convienient. Oh and Brittany and I braved the day after thanksgiving early morning shopping. We figured we have to try it once, and well, I dont think I would do it again. But I got a Kitchen Aid mixer for 100 dollars less so that was nice. I think people are crazy to do it every year! But kudos to them for it.

Oh and P.S. we might buy a house in kaysville, but we are still working on the details... more to come....
